Anti-slavery activists Qatar arrests and deports unpaid migrant workers At least 60 migrant workers in Qatar have been arrested after demanding months of unpaid salaries from Al Bandary International Group, a multi-million dollar conglomerate. In response, the Qatari government has deported some of the workers in a move that demonstrates its disregard for migrant workers’ rights. Read more… |
