Blackened Fish on the Grill

1 pound fish fillet (fresh)
melted butter
redfish
seasoning
Instructions
Allow the cast iron skillet enough time to heat up on the grill.
While the skillet is heating, rinse the fish and pat dry.
Dip the fish in a thin coat melted butter then sprinkle both sides with the seasoning.
Grill for just a couple of minutes on each side and it’s done!
