The Cayman Lemonade! Delicious, but dangerous as well…considering it tastes exactly like lemonade but there is not one ounce of actual lemonade in the drink! Enjoy! 1 oz Vodka 1 oz Triple Sec 1 oz Peach Schnapps, Cranberry juice, Club Soda. Mix vodka, triple sec and peach schnapps in a shaker. Pour over ice, add a squeeze of lime and a splash of cranberry juice and club soda. Stir and enjoy!!

Ingredients
Drinks
1 Cranberry juice

Beer, Wine & Liquor
1 oz Peach schnapps
1 oz Triple sec
1 oz Vodka

Liquids
1 Club soda or seltzer water

DIRECTIONS

Mix vodka, triple sec and peach schnapps in a shaker.
Pour over ice, add a squeeze of lime and a splash each of cranberry juice and soda, then stir and enjoy.

They say it’s Grand Cayman’s best piña colada. So you know I had to try it.

Made from a combination of Myers’s dark rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk AND coconut ice cream, the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman’s version isn’t agitated in a blender, mixed in a shaker, or, God forbid, poured from a carton of pre-made mix. Instead it’s dispensed from a soft-serve ice cream machine that sits behind the bar at the resort’s poolside restaurant, Bar Jack.

My verdict after the first ice-cold slurp: Really rummy, deliciously sweet, and a potent refresher on a sweltering day.
