KKR is one of the world’s largest managers of alternative assets such as private equity and credit, with $510 billion in assets under management. 

Stavros joined KKR in 2005 as a member of its healthcare investment team, later leading its industrials investment team and its broader private equity team in the Americas. He is the founder and chairman of Ownership Works, a non-profit focused on broadening corporate ownership among the workforce. 

Reuters Corporate Finance and ESG editor Greg Roumeliotis will lead a discussion about private equity dealmaking at a time of high interest rates and economic uncertainty, as well as KKR’s approach to investing and the benefits and challenges of extending corporate ownership to rank-and-file employees.
