In this two-hour course you will learn: an overview of the different wealth protection options available under Cayman Islands law, including the importance of having a will, family and business succession planning using trusts and foundation companies, and how to craft an effective estate plan.
24 October – Strata 101 – 9:00 am – 11 am
In this two-hour course you will learn: the foundations required to run a successful and law-abiding strata. The course will review the key aspects of the Strata Titles Registration Law & Bye-Laws, the obligations placed upon both Strata and Proprietor and the rights and remedies available to the Strata in the event of a breach.

Learn the difference between debits and credits for different account types; financial statement categories such as assets, liabilities, equity, revenue and expense. Learn how to read an income statement and balance sheet.
