The following road closures will be implemented this weekend. (Amended)

Friday 30 November – Edward Street will be closed at 4.00pm until around 7.30pm to facilitate a Cayman Aids Foundation event.

Saturday 1 December – the roads detailed below will close at midnight in preparation for Sunday morning’s marathon.

• Boilers Road @ South Church Street
• North Church Street @ Mary Street
• Shedden Road @ the Post Office
• Hospital Rd @ Elgin Avenue
• Elgin Avenue @ Shedden Road
• Mary Street @ the Town Clock
• Mary Street @ Dr. Roys Drive
• Cardinal Avenue
• Prospect Road @ Spotts straight
• Entrance to Prospect Road from Red Bay

In addition, South Sound Road – from Hurley’s roundabout to the junction of Walkers Road –  will be closed from 4.30 am on Sunday until noon.

Residents will be allowed access.
