The Public Health Department is reminding parents that school entry screening continues and all students entering government or private schools for the first time are required to have health screenings. This includes students entering the reception programme.

This must be done before the new school year begins in September.

Health screenings will continue to take place at the Lighthouse School until Friday 16 August and thereafter at the Public Health Clinic of the Cayman Islands Hospital.

Completed forms from private physicians can be handed in at the Lighthouse School up until Friday 16 August, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Outside of these dates, the forms can be taken to the Cayman Islands Hospital’s Public Health Clinic.
