This forum will critically examine the effectiveness of the Conference of the Parties (COP), a crucial international platform for climate action, which will convene for its 28^th session in November 2023. The urgency of this discussion stems from the growing impact of climate change, evident in events like wildfires in Canada and extreme weather in the Caribbean.
