From RCIPS

Just after 12PMtoday, Sunday 23 December, a vehicle with two occupants, was traveling along Channel Drive in Cayman Brac when the driver lost control of the vehicle and collided into a tree.

One of the occupants of the vehicle sustained serious and life-threatening injury and was provided with medical evacuation to Grand Cayman for further treatment by the RCIPS Air Operations Unit. 

Arrangements are currently being made to send traffic officers over to Cayman Brac to conduct investigations into the incident.
