The Department of Education Services (DES) is pleased to announce that the Sir John A. Cumber Primary School will reopen its doors on Monday, 4 September, following its closure today due to an electrical emergency.

Mr. Elroy Bryan, DES Acting Director, expressed gratitude to the Caribbean Utilities Company (CUC), the Building Control Unit (BCU) and the Public Works Department for their prompt response and diligent efforts in resolving the issue.

In addition, Mr. Bryan thanked the school community for their cooperation, stating, “We appreciate the patience and understanding demonstrated by our students, parents, and staff during this brief interruption. Our dedicated teachers and staff are eager to welcome back our students and continue their educational journey.”
