Spotlight on the Eastern Caribbean Flyingfish Fishery

The Caribbean Natural Resources Institute (CANARI) and Centre for Resource Management and Environmental Studies of the University of the West Indies (UWI-CERMES) are pleased to present to you the documentary-Spotlight on the Eastern Caribbean Flyingfish Fishery.

This sixteen-minute dive into the state of the Eastern Caribbean Flyingfish Fishery is an output of the Caribbean Regional Fisheries Mechanism’s (CRFM) Enhancing Stakeholder Participation in Management of the Flyingfish Fishery project  and is aimed at improving awareness of the governance and management challenges impacting the Eastern Caribbean Flyingfish Fishery and the critical role of the “Sub-Regional Fisheries Management Plan for Flyingfish in the Eastern Caribbean” in addressing these challenges.
