Stabbing in West Bay/ Serious motor vehicle accident

Updates
50yr old female victim from the MVA collision yesterday morning at approximately 6.10am May 2nd in Savannah is still in the critical care unit at the Cayman Islands Hospital and is listed as serious but in stable condition.
Male stabbed victim from West Bay is still at the Cayman Islands Hospital listed as serious but in stable condition.
If necessary further updates on these matters will be provided tomorrow.

Stabbing in West Bay

At approximately 2.18 this morning May 3rd 2014 officers of the RCIP responded to a call of a stabbing in West Bay. On arrival at Birch Tree Hill a 24yr old male was observed with stab wounds to the neck.
The male alleged that he was stabbed at the Memory Lane bar on Hell road, and then walked to Birch Tree Hill.
He was transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital where he was listed as in serious but stable condition.
Investigation continues.

Serious motor vehicle accident

At approximately 6.10am this morning May 3rd 2014 police and ambulance personnels responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Homestead Crescent Savannah. Collision occurred when two cyclist, male and female were riding their bicycle heading east bound on Homestead Crescent when they were hit by a Ford F250 truck.
Female sustained head injuries and male sustained minor injuries. Female who is 50yrs old was transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital by ambulance and listed as in serious condition. She is currently in the Critical Care unit.
