BREVARD COUNTY • PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – An image captured near Port Canaveral has turned heads and rightfully so.

A picture snapped by Olive_n_mee captures a surfer riding a wave while the ship Ruby Ace heads towards the Port of Charleston in South Carolina.

The Ruby Ace is known as a Ro-Ro ship, or Roll-on/roll-off vessel.

Roll-on/roll-off ships are vessels that are used to carry wheeled cargo.

The Ruby Ace was built in 2010 and currently sails under the flag of the Cayman Islands.
