The face of the agency and the training school is a prestigious title bestowed upon any model trainee who exudes the qualities of discipline, outgoing personality, immense national pride, a go-getter attitude and exceptional professionalism. This trainee must be able to express himself/herself exceptionally well when in the public eye or elsewhere. He/she must be able to carry himself/herself with pride and dignity and at no time should engage in any activity that would tarnish or taint the agency’s or school’s or country’s image and what each stands for or represents.

 How is the Official Face of Fab-Fetale Island Exclusive Model Management & Modelles Magnifique Training School chosen?

Depending on what is required at the time, the agency and the training school would conduct a series of examinations and tests to determine which model trainee undertaking the Model Elite Training Program, meets the requirements mentioned above. In Ms. Hill’s case, she satisfied a matriculation process by which her Communication Skills as well as her ability to think on her feet in conjunction with her bubbly personality shone through and she excelled over her counterparts when scoring an incredible 100% in that matriculation process. She is the first model trainee to score 100% in this particular category in the Communications Oral exam and we hope that future trainees can adopt her trend.

What does this title hold in store for a model trainee?

Any model trainee who holds this title does so for a period of one year. In Ms. Hill’s case, her tenure will be from July 2012 to July 2013. She will also be adorned with a sash containing her title and her tenure.

She will need to wear this sash at all events as it identifies her with the agency and the training school. After which another trainee will be selected for this position. The model trainee will be open to traveling opportunities, will be attending various promotional events, interviews, shows, non-profit benefits and other activities that would warrant his/her presence. This trainee‘s airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, and drinks, and transportation costs will be covered by the agency and the training school.

The title also requires the trainee to recruit other potential talent and models for the agency and the training school and in turn will be compensated if those applicants who sign up with the agency or register to take the course directly with the school. The trainee who holds this title will also become the muse of the agency’s and training school’s photographers, he/she will also be required to put together a documentary of his/her stay wherever he/she is traveling to. This trainee can be considered to be the ambassador of his/her country wherever he/she originates from.

The trainee’s face and photographs will grace the covers of magazines, newspapers, fliers, posters, billboards and other forms of advertising undertaken by the agency and/or the training school. Whatever monies the agency or the training school make by way of referrals of bookings, job opportunities derived from the model trainee who holds this title, he/she will receive a percentage of that as well.

Branding opportunities

There are benefits to being the face of an agency and a training school. There will also be benefits for any companies or businesses who offer to become the official sponsor of this trainee. Their business will receive discounted rates for advertising and or marketing of their products and/or services, their logos will be displayed on all the agency’s and the training school’s literature, Facebook page, websites, products, and will also be displayed openly as sponsors on banners used at various events hosted by the agency and the training school. So we do welcome businesses to make such an offer to become an official sponsor of the trainee. What the agency and the training school would require from this official sponsor is the cover the cost of the trainee’s return airfare whenever travelling opportunities present themselves to the trainee. Of course unlimited mentions of this official sponsor’s name will be made during those trips.

Other Incentives

Each model trainee who holds this title will receive a number of other incentives that of course at this time we cannot mention. These are incentives that are revealed at the models’ graduation ceremony which takes place usually two to three weeks after the Model Elite Training Program is completed. If the model trainee who holds this title resides outside of St. Lucia, he/she will be invited to the graduation ceremony which takes place at the Bay Gardens Inn at Rodney Bay in St. Lucia. Their room will be booked for one week and their accommodation, meals and drinks will be covered. In Davika’s case, the Management of Bay Gardens Inn & Bay Gardens Hotel, namely Ms. Waltrude Patrick, has graciously made Davika’s one week stay, access to all three resorts including the Bay Gardens Beach Resort, and the meals that Davika herself has chosen, to be complementary! She has agreed to make all of this complimentary in turn for Davika making her documentary while promoting & marketing the Bay Gardens chain in and out of St. Lucia.
