The ceremony will take place both outside the Court House and inside the Grand Court.

The Hon. Chief Justice Anthony Smellie, QC, JP will be presiding over the proceedings and other participants will include Judges, Magistrates, Courts officers and local attorneys.

True to tradition, the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service’s Guard of Honour, will march through George Town to the steps of the Courts Building.

There the Commissioner of Police will lead the Chief Justice on the inspection for the guard. Accompanying them will be the Clerk of Court.

Inside the Grand Court Chief Justice Smellie will provide the Annual Address.
