The “Fab 5” or the “Famous 5” that were the nicknames given to the current government members is no more. They now have a united official name.

On the eve of the Cayman Islands governor dissolving the Legislative Assembly, Tourism Minister, Cline Glidden Jr. announced he would be running in the 2013 election under the People’s National Alliance banner with his fellow government members.

The People’s National Alliance will therefore include Juliana O’Connor-Connolly, Mark Scotland, Dwayne Seymour and Rolston Anglin. Richard Christian, who announced Friday, 22 May, that he will be running in Bodden Town, will also be a member of the Alliance.
