DEAR JUSTICE CHARLES,

I am very sorry to hear that you are ill and wish you a speedy recovery. Since your secretary Mrs. Roberts informed me that you were sick from the 27th, the day before and you have my cell number and e-mail address, it is odd that I was not previously informed to prevent me travelling to Nassau in vain. In addition in view of the above Mrs.Roberts was unable to explain to me why I was allowed to sit in court for 35 minutes before being informed that my mention only was now cancelled. Mrs. Roberts then took my phone numbers and e-mail address and informed me that I would be given a new date.

Justice Charles you and all and sundry are now in possession of conclusive evidence that my matter was court certified as a mention only from 2008, due to a lack of legal opposition from the National Insurance Board and Bahamas Government. Also that subsequently the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal have further ratified the indisputable,unopposed,unrebutted established fact via my commercial affidavits;that by operation of law all the assets and equity of the National Insurance Board and Bahamas Government were transferred and vested in me from 1994.which by operation of law is also garnished in the hands of the National Insurance Board and Bahamas Government from 1994. Hence my appearance in court is not necessary, for you to grant certify and seal my criminally withheld for over nine years two enforcement orders against N.I.B.and the Bahamas Government.

Therefore in the interest of the rule of law,order,justice and article 27 and 28 of the Bahamas Constitution, please perform your ministerial duty and grant,certify and seal four copies of my draft court orders in your and all and sundry possession.Then notify me when to have some one in Nassau pick them up. Especially since in nine years, I have traveled to Nassau to appeared before the court over eight times on a mention only, to obtain my unopposed ex debito justitiae orders and to date due to the exposed perversion of the course of justice etc, they are still being criminally withheld.

Thank you for your prompt performance of your ministerial duties and the released of my entitled certified and sealed court orders.
