These women need your help today!

Are you looking for a quick and concrete way to support women this International Women’s Day? We’ve got you!

Our community is pitching in to fund grants for women in Nigeria who are recovering from human trafficking. They need some financial support to launch and scale their businesses, and get on the road to recovery. Will you chip in $10?

If you’re not able to donate, please consider sharing the fundraiser by forwarding this email, or sending us a message of support to pass on to these entrepreneurs.

Recovering from trafficking, emotionally and financially, can be extremely challenging. Upon return to Nigeria, survivors often face stigma and struggle to find work. Without a steady income, their risk of being re-trafficked sky-rockets.

Despite the trauma they experienced in Oman, Libya, Lebanon, and Côte d’Ivoire, the trafficking survivors we are supporting this International Women’s Day are determined to use their skills to build a new life for themselves and their families. Discover their stories and support their plans

Stand with survivors
The Freedom United community has already shown overwhelming solidarity, by funding the projects of Ifeyinwa, Chioma, Praise, Eniola, Abeke, Yetunde, Honour, Aisha, Idara and Oka in just 24 hours![1]  But there are many more women looking for a show of solidarity from our community. How many will we be able to support this International Women’s Day?[2] We’re excited to find out!
Show your solidarity

In solidarity,

Monica
