This $195 million yacht was just put up for sale
107m Ulysses, delivered to her owner by Norway-based, Kleven earlier this year, is now up for sale at an asking price of $195,000,000 through Burgess and Fraser Yachts.
First yacht to be built by Kleven , Ulysses has an exterior design by Marin Teknikk and an interior design by H2 Yacht Design. With a beam of 18 meters and a draft of 5.1m, the yacht has a gross tonnage of 5,937.
Capable of accommodating 30 guests in 15 cabins, the Det Norske Veritas’ classified yacht carries a crew of 40. Powered by Caterpillar engines, Ulysses has a maximum speed of 16.8 knots and can cruise at 15 knots.
Amongst the yacht’s key features are a 21m tender, lifted by specially designed cranes onto the foredeck, an 11*5m swimming pool, a large jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym and a massage room. Ulysses’ garage is packed with toys from motorcycles to surfboards.
Ulysses was built for Graeme Hart, a businessman from New Zealand with a net-worth thought to be of $7.2 billion. Mr. Hart also commissioned a second yacht from Kleven, the 116m hull number 370 which was launched in March of this year.
