UPDATE: CITN/Cayman27 have revealed  family members confirming the identity of the child who drowned as Aemrwo Morgan.

About 3.15pm on Sunday, 10 February 2013, a nine-year-old boy was found unconscious in a swimming pool at an apartment complex off Walkers Road, George Town, Grand Cayman.

The boy was transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital in George Town for treatment.

Sadly, he passed away yesterday, Monday 11 February.

Investigations are ongoing, but at this stage there would appear to be no suspicious circumstances.
