Royal Cayman Island Police Service are hunting for two men armed with handguns that robbed Treasure Island Hotel on West Bay Road on Seven Mile Beach at around 11pm Thursday (29).

Two masked men entered the lobby and robbed an employee of cash at gunpoint.

Police said the two men are tall and dark in complexion being approximately 6 ft 1 inch and 6 ft 3 inches respectively. Both wearing blue jeans, blue hoody, black shoes, black gloves and blue masks.

The two guns were described as; one was a silver handgun with wood handle and the other black handgun.

Anyone who may have spotted these men or have any information of the robbery are asked to report it to any of the police stations or call 800-TIPS (8477) or call 949-7777.
