Two men have been arrested and are detained in police custody in connection with the death of 24-year-old Andrew Baptist.

The arrests were made during police operations in Newlands and West Bay early this morning (Wednesday, 2 November 2011).

Mr. Baptist was shot in Sand Hole Road, West Bay, on Thursday, 15 September 2011.

The men have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody while enquiries are ongoing.
