The two men arrested on Saturday morning following the recovery of a handgun and ammunition have now been charged and are due to appear in court later today ( Wednesday 9 May 2012).

One has been charged with possession of an unlicensed firearm and the other with obstructing the police.

The woman who was arrested has been released from custody without charge.
