Unbelievable but true: Cuban migrants escape custody again!!
For the second time this week Cuban migrants being held at the Immigration Detention Centre escaped from custody.
Immigration officials have told CITN/Cayman 27 three Cuban nationals escaped the Immigration Detention Centre around 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 19 March. All were last seen wearing t-shirts (one long sleeved) of varying shades of blue. Two were wearing jeans the other khaki pants.
“For the safety of the public and the three men, the public is being asked to approach the men,” said Immigration Officer Harry Forbes. “Instead to report any sightings call 911 or the following numbers: Garfield Wong on 526-0480, Jeremy Scott on 526-7937 or Joey Scott on 526-0433.
