Update: Wanted Man Charged, 21 September

Conway Whittaker, age 41 of North Side, who was arrested on Friday, 18 September,  has been  formally charged with Causing Fear or Provocation of Violence, Common Assault, Threats to Kill, Intentional Harassment, Alarm or distress .

He will be appearing in court this today, 21 September.

Just before 7:15PM yesterday, 18 September, police arrested wanted man Conway Clive Whittaker at the Bodden Town Police Station in relation to an incident that took place at an address on North Side Road on Tuesday 8 September.

During his arrest, a search was conducted of his person and belongings, during the search officers recovered a quantity of ganja. He was further arrested in relation to drug related offences.

Mr. Whittaker is currently in custody pending further investigations.
