The Department of Agriculture’s Animal Welfare & Control Unit is pleased to inform the public that, following our recent appeal, the responsible owner of the two abandoned dogs found off Mercury Close, West Bay, has been identified. Our investigations are ongoing as we continue to seek justice for our voiceless friends.
