UPDATE: Police Identify Victim in Cayman Brac Fatal Collision, 17 July
Police can now confirm the identity of the deceased in the fatal collision which occurred in Cayman Brac on Saturday morning, 15 July. He is 23-year-old Marlon Everton Findley of Cayman Brac.
The RCIPS expresses condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

Police Investigate Fatal Collision in Cayman Brac, 15 July
Shortly after 2:00AM this morning, 15 July, police and other emergency services in Cayman Brac responded to a fatal single vehicle collision along Dennis Foster Drive, in the vicinity of Public Works. A Honda Fit was travelling eastbound when it left the roadway and collided with a fence and a building. The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead on the scene.
Investigations into the collision are ongoing and accident reconstructionists from Grand Cayman are travelling to Cayman Brac this morning to assist.
Motorists are advised that the roadway is still closed in the vicinity of the collision as the scene is being processed. Persons residing in or otherwise requiring access to the area will be granted access.
Otherwise, westbound traffic travelling past the area is advised to take an alternate route via Ashton Reid Drive and Songbird Drive before turning back onto Dennis Foster Drive.
Eastbound traffic is advised to travel via Heights Road and Captain Mabry Drive, to Songbird Drive and Ashton Reid Drive.
Alternatively, persons may travel via South Side Road.
