Fox News star Jeanine Pirro says her network has blocked her from appearing on Newsmax TV, America’s fastest-growing cable news channel.

Pirro revealed her frustration with Fox News as she chatted Tuesday with Seb Gorka on the former White House aide’s national Salem Radio Network show.

Apparently unaware her mic was on during a commercial break, Pirro bitterly complained about the constraints placed on her by Fox, which in recent years has been embroiled in harassment and ethics scandals.

“Fox reviews everything. They’re unbelievable,” Pirro told Gorka. “They’re still saying you cannot do Bill O’Reilly, you cannot do Newsmax.”

O’Reilly — once Fox News’s number one top-rated host — is now seen regularly on Newsmax TV, which also airs his provocative weekend show, “No Spin News.”

Pirro’s slam of Fox suggests the powerful network is increasingly worried about Newsmax TV’s growing influence.

Newsmax, founded in 1998 as a digital media company, recently launched Newsmax TV, a linear cable channel that is carried in more than 70 million U.S. cable homes, rivalling Fox’s reach. Newsmax has signed with all major cable operators including Directv, Dish, Xfinity, Spectrum, Fios, Optimum, U-verse, and several dozen others.

Pirro, author of the just-out “Radicals, Resistance and Revenge: The Left’s Plot to Remake America,” has hosted Fox’s highly-rated “Justice With Judge Jeanine” since 2011.

But she’s on such a tight leash at Fox, she says she’s not even allowed to go on other conservative outlets – including Newsmax – to promote her book.

Almost all networks allow their talent to appear on competing networks when promoting a book.

Pirro has been at loggerheads with her bosses over the years, but the rifts have boiled to a head in 2019.

She was yanked from the air for two weeks in March for remarks she made about a Muslim congresswoman, questioning Minnesota Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar’s commitment to the U.S. Constitution.

The suspension so outraged President Donald Trump, a personal friend and longtime supporter of Pirro, that he demanded she be put back on the air.

On Tuesday, Pirro also told Gorka — in comments first reported by Media Matters for America — that she’s now wary of the Fox network and its intentions.

“You know what, they suspended me,” Pirro said. “And I’m not going to get fired. You know I’m worried that that suspension was the basis to tee up for anything I do wrong, they’ll fire me.”

The former judge’s March suspension also drew the ire of conservative radio host Michael Savage, who told Newsmax he saw the rebuke as “more movement away from the viewers who made Fox News; towards a CNN orientation.”

President Trump has also been complaining about Fox’s decision to promote hosts who criticize him, recently tweeting “The New @FoxNews is letting millions of GREAT people down! We have to start looking for a new News Outlet. Fox isn’t working for us anymore!”

Last week Trump also tweeted out a video clip of Newsmax TV’s Wayne Allyn Root Show, urging his followers to watch it.

Note: You can tune in to Newsmax TV via Directv 349, Xfinity 1115, Dish 216, U-verse 1220, Fios 615, Optimum 102, Spectrum (see channels), Suddenlink, WOW! or dozens other systems, apps, and Smart TVs.  More Info Here
