Unions are the answer

When a company that is union has a problem why does everyone blame the union?

Sounds to me like the company does not know how to run a business.

Yes, maybe corrupt at the top but what is not these days?

Strange that UPS is worldwide, has been union for over a hundred years, pays employees very well with great benefits, so you can raise a family without government help unlike non union Walmart and others. The stocks pay dividends to stock holders, they the teamsters, have a strong union, it’s their job to make sure the employees get paid fair to work.

You cannot show up for work drunk or anything else or you will be fired.

Maybe the Big Three Companies should ask UPS how to properly run a successful business
