Police have now confirmed that the road smash on the West Bay Road Wednesday afternoon involved a van and a motorcycle. The collision was reported to police around 3pm in the afternoon. The rider was taken to the Cayman Islands Hospital where he was treated for an arm injury. No-one else was injured in the collision and police said that enquiries into the cause of the collision are on-going.
