Luxembourg, 13 December 2023 – Vistra Fund Management S.A. (“VFM”), the Luxembourg-based third-party alternative investment fund manager (“AIFM”) of Vistra Group, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Kroll (Luxembourg) Management Company S.à r.l. (“Kroll ManCo”), a prominent super management company holding Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) licenses. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Vistra’s acquisition of the Kroll ManCo aligns with its strategic vision to enhance its end-to-end service proposition for private capital asset managers and allocators. With a focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and loan origination, Vistra’s multi-jurisdictional clients will benefit from their expanded services in supporting the loan secondaries market through its AIFM/UCITS license. 

The combined business will be a leading player in the Luxembourg market and boast the most extensive geographic and service coverage through its global network, recently expanded from Vistra’s merger with Tricor in July 2023 to over 9,000 professionals in 50+ jurisdictions and offering unrivalled quality, scale, and breadth of capabilities.
