Global managing partner Ingrid Pierce and senior counsel Monique Bhullar were both named in this exclusive list, which celebrates powerful women of achievement. It highlights women who are opinion formers, helping to promote business excellence in their home jurisdiction and consolidating the reputations of the financial services industry globally.
Walkers was the only Cayman Islands headquartered law firm with two awardees in the IFC Power Women Top 200, which was expanded this year from the previous Top 100 list. “The popularity of the IFC Power Woman Top 100 list in 2013 encouraged us to bump it up a notch,” said Nimita Bhatt of Citywealth magazine.
“This year we are honouring 200 of the most powerful women in government, private wealth, private client advisory and philanthropy across the international financial centres.”
