Walkers sells Walkers Management Services to Intertrust

Following a comprehensive strategic review of the Walkers Group, Walkers has sold its management services business to Intertrust Group Holding S.A. (“Intertrust”).

Walkers Management Services provides corporate, fiduciary and company secretarial services from the world’s leading financial centres – the Cayman Islands, Delaware (USA), Dubai, Dublin (Ireland), Hong Kong and the British Virgin Islands. Walkers Management Services is headquartered in George Town, Cayman Islands, and currently employs over 100 employees.

The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed in the coming months. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is acting as financial advisor to WMS.
