The 22 year old West Bay resident [identified as Justin Manderson] arrested on Thursday 29 January 2015 in a pre – dawn raid  by police in West Bay has been charged by detectives for the murder of Victor Oliver Yates.

He is scheduled to appear in court later today.

This morning, Thursday 29 January 2015, a pre-dawn proactive police operation took place in West Bay involving Firearms Officers (USG), Detectives, K9 and the Police Helicopter.

A number of addresses were searched and a 22 year old male from West Bay has been arrested on suspicion of the Murder of Victor Oliver Yates.

He is currently in custody at George Town Police Station.
