Weekly news from NG Sun Jan 12 – Sat Jan 18
In other news, the exhibition Our Story of Art is in full swing and we’re pleased to offer two events as part of the exhibition’s schedule. The first is a lunchtime lecture which will take visitors on a tour and examine significant works within the exhibition. The second is a curator’s lecture led by myself and accompanied by a digital presentation in the National Gallery Dart Auditorium.
We hope you take full advantage of these upcoming events offered at the National Gallery and hope to see you soon.
Sincerely,
Natalie Urquhart
Director, National Gallery of the Cayman Islands

We couldn’t do the work that we do without the support of our volunteers. Thank you to everyone who volunteered in 2013 and we look forward to working with you in 2014.
Some of the major areas we will need help with at the beginning of 2014 are with the membership drive and reception in the lower exhibition hall. We’re also looking for photographers, archivists, event planners, ambassadors, editors, the list goes on. In addition to these important volunteer positions we will also be hosting a number of Gallery programmes, openings, and events and will need assistance as we move through 2014.
