Collision at King’s round-a-bout

Uniform officers from the George Town Police Station are investigating a collision at the round a bout on Crewe Road in the vicinity of Kings Gym. At 2:18pm Tuesday 4th November 2014 a report of the collision was received involving two SUVs.
The collision occurred when one of the vehicles was struck in the rear end by the other while exiting the round a bout causing it to overturn. The female driver of the over turned vehicle was transported to the George Town Hospital for injures which are not life threatening. The incident is under investigation.

Around 8:03am, Tuesday 4th November 2014, a female resident of South Sound fell from her second storey balcony. The female was attempting to regain entry to her apartment via a neighbour’s balcony after being accidentally locked out from her unit. She fell approximately fifteen feet to the ground and was transported to the George Town Hospital by ambulance for medical treatment for her injuries received.
No foul play is suspected.
