We, LDK Solar CO., Ltd., in provisional liquidation, and our joint provisional liquidators, Tammy Fu and Eleanor Fisher, both of Zolfo Cooper (Cayman) Limited (“JPLs”), today announced that on April 7, 2015 the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands ordered that, effective on April 21, 2015, the JPLs will be discharged from their duties and our winding-up petition of February 21, 2014 will be dismissed. By this court order, our provisional liquidation will be brought to a successful conclusion on April 21, 2015. Ms. Fu and Ms. Fisher will remain in office in their capacity as the supervisors of our schemes of arrangement, which became effective on December 10, 2014.

LDK Solar Announces Successful Conclusion of Provisional Liquidation
GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands, XINYU CITY, China and SUNNYVALE, Calif., April 8, 2015 – LDK Solar CO., Ltd. in provisional liquidation (“LDK Solar” or the “Company”) and its Joint Provisional Liquidators (“JPLs”), Tammy Fu and Eleanor Fisher, both of Zolfo Cooper (Cayman) Limited, today announced that on April 7, 2015 the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands ordered that, effective on April 21, 2015, the JPLs will be discharged from their duties and the winding up petition presented by the Company on February 21, 2014 will be dismissed.
